  1. At the top of that photo, you’ll find my family’s favorite (over Tofurkey BY FAR), the Quorn Turk’y roast ( It’s great anytime of the year and has a superior texture for a faux meat.

    Remember, if you don’t like it, it’s *fake*. But if you like it more than the real thing, it’s *faux*. For more on that, I’ll let Ed do a post on I just heard him speak last week; enjoyable.
