Teresa Boardman noticed that the State Fair has the 2008 dates in place on their sign. Only 8 months & 8 days to go!
She also reports that Hennepin County is 7/10ths of 1% cooler than Ramsey County and a full 32% cooler than Anoka County. Sounds about right. I came up with the coolness factor. Teresa just reported how fast homes are selling by county.
