Hampton Inn, Champaign, IL TP

I checked in to the Hampton Inn in Champaign, IL just before midnight, so this may have been the room they were dreading renting for the night. But, rather than turning on their a No Vacancy sign, they rented me this monstrosity.
A sign at the front desk boasted that they will give you a full refund if you’re not fully satisfied with your stay. Perhaps they should clean up their TP act before posting signs like that?

At first I thought this was some kind of error… a short post bashing TP presentation in a hotel bathroom. But after clicking on some of the related posts below I now see you point…. monstrosity indeed!
You can see the beginning of a crease like they were thinking about doing a proper fold, and then maybe their cell phone rang or something, and they were like, whatever… and just gave up. It would have been better torn clean off at a perforation IMHO.
