I wasn't going to leave a comment but I do feel like I should clarify that True Thai Twitter count. TT friends anyone not selling porn or linkspam. I don't think they've done even a dozen tweets in the ten months they've been on Twitter. Which is not to say that TT doesn't have good support in the Seward neighborhood, or that a lot of their fans don't look for ways of showing their support. But TT's real social media asset is the owner's blog, Anna's True Thai News. Because Anna has written about so many different aspects of Thai food and culture, Google drives a lot of traffic to her blog and the restaurant's website and when Google likes you, everyone else does too. Another very good user of social media is The Happy Gnome. Tweeting keg tappings is f'ing brilliant. Ouch.
