They dumped a book on my front step last friday. I immediately filled out their 'Print Directory Inquiries" form and in the comments asked them to dispatch someone to pickup the trash they littered on my property. I'm happy to report that as of this afternoon, the book is gone. Hopefully their opt-out settings are sticky! At least YellowBook is starting to listen.
