I spotted this unfortunate situation near Lake Nokomis on Saturday morning. I imagine there’s an interesting story here, assuming the driver can remember it.
Credit Card Fraudsters
I've had a few credit card number stolen over the years.
Taxi drivers using paper transaction forms are the leading suspects.
This hasn't cost me any money out of pocket, but it's still a pain.

I did something similar when I was 15. Fortunately we had a detached garage. Surprisingly, i didn’t even scratch my mom’s car.
