Taking Back the Greenway

By Ed Kohler | Dec 15, 2008

Chuck Olsen with MNStories (coming soon) talked to a group of bikers who are taking back the Greenway from the thugs who’ve disrupted a major transportation route through the City of Minneapolis.

This seems like a much better response than surrendering the city to me.

Thanks for sharing the video. I ride the greenway a lot and I did experience having someone throw rocks and even fireworks at me… It was always under the 15th Ave. area.

I hope that this disruption will halt pretty soon. There are so many commuters here that use that trail.

I expected a bit more Mad Max-ish…ya know guys with spikes, chains, bad teeth and mohawks…not a bunch of hippies.

    Oh well good on em.
