Franken has not been senator, yet he has shown more leadership…(where exactly???)
Coleman has had 6 full years there and where are his leadership and bi-partisanship creds?
Coleman has reached accross the aisle many times on legislation, over-rode the President's veto(s).
–Galloway incident?
Yea, where is Galloway today?
–His oversight?
Uncovered billions in Government waste.
–His legislation pro-offered?
Childhood cancer research, Farm bill to name a few
–His discussions with the people to explain the wall street bailout and why we should embrace it?
The need for credit to individuals and small businesses. Obama, Amy, and Norm all felt the same way.
–His discussions with the people to explain his lack of funding on energy jobs?
Voted on energy bills that gave tax credit to companies who invest in new technology for engery. Same bill Obama voted on.
–His discussions with the people to explain his 90% Bush followship into Iraq, energy dependence, wall street collapse, green jobs…WHERE IS IT THOMAS?
Name some individual votes here. Coleman did not vote to invade Iraq. Clinton, Kerry, Reid, and Edwards did though (the Democrat leaders). Norm has voted to continue our operation because you don't invade countries than leave because public opinion polls fall. He voted against the surge (didn't agree with that vote) against his own party.

So what "help" do you want from a Senator? How do Senators "help" us? How does our esteemed Amy Klobcahar "help" us?

Coleman and 'a great senator' do not belong in the same sentence...unless the word 'not' is involved.

Coleman is a tool...Coleman has no positions, certainly none that involve his own choosing. He represents the worst of all possible career politicians, the kind that cannot lead and do not represent the people.

Because it does not show up in his record...I will need your help in finding it hidden away in some backroom deal maybe...like his wife's employment, his clothing and housing allowance? How has his dealings helped me? Because I've been here all the time and not seen it...can you help me see it?

It depends on what you mean by help. Coleman has been on the right side of taxes, defense, farm issues, and has been a great Senator for constituent issues. What "help" is Franken going to provide? Franken cowardly came out against the bail out bill after the votes were published that would have helped Minnesotans have access to credit for loans and their businesses. (I have issues with the 700 billion bailout but Amy and Norm voted the right way). What policies of Franken's are going to help us? What should a US Senator be able to do to help us? I am guessing you think free healthcare, free college, and ending the war (the one Franken supported).
Where has Franken ever shown leadership, bi-partisanship?

Michael, do you have a case of the Mondays on a Wednesday?

Take a look at who's policies (in practice or planned), rather than rhetoric, to see who helps Minnesotan's most.

Al Franken not partisan? That is actually funnier than anything Franken ever wrote. Franken has an opinion of himself that is much greater than the rest of the world (and specifically the state) has. He attacks Republicans, conservatives, Christians, women, minorities, or anyone else because they do not think like him. It's not "we can do better" it's you can think what I think or your stupid.
And yes Al Franken is corrupt. Norm has not been found guilty of breaking any laws. Franken has been found to not pay taxes in 17 states, failed to pay his workers comp insurance, and took a salary from an illegal loan obtained by failed radio operation Air America.
Apparently the voters of Minnesota feel the same way. In a blow away election for Obama (8 points), Franken is holding onto the hope that a few hundred people are too stupid to fill out their ballots. Good job DFL.
