2900 blk Chicago Av S: Officers responded to Burglary in progress, apprehended suspect; victim positively ID’d suspect who had removed floodlights, redirected motion sensors to evade detection, also armed with long bladed knife: Arrested/BURGLARY

3300 blk Emerson Av: Officers responded to suspicious activity in alley arrive found 2 males with large amount of copper, burglary tools; suspects were breaking down copper to fit in bag; officers searched to find where the copper came from, canvass resulted in discovery of 3 vacant dwelling burglaries; evidence (blood/shoe prints) linked suspects to all 3: Arrested/BURGLARY

This guy is a downright BAD driver:

35th/Fremont Av N: Squad nearly struck by car which failed to stop for sign, officers activated lights, sirens, followed car for 4 blks; driver fled vehicle on foot, later apprehended: Arrested/FLEE
(suspect 32-yr-old w/60 previous police reports for Flee, Aggravated DWI refusal, Narcotics, Probation Violation, gross misdemeanor warrant for Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle)
