FUH2 at the Chicago Marathon

Chicago doesn’t seem like a city that’s low on self-esteem, but there is an exception for everything as this Hummer H2 in Grant Park illustrates.

At least the owner has multi-modial transportation options. Notice the bike.

So during this mountain running relay race last weekend, our support van driver was parking the van on a narrow road. The right front tire went off the road and was suspended in air as the van’s frame rest on some rocks. Right behind us was an H2. Someone found a tow strap and the H2 pulled us right out.

I am sure that H2 owner is strutting around loving the fact that he put his H2 to its intended purpose for once in its life.
