In theory, yes, I guess I’m at an advantage. But it doesn’t help if I don’t have a job tomorrow.

Another one of those economic ideas that would only work in a vacuum.

I like seeing house prices fall as much as the next guy who didn’t buy at the top of the market. And sure, I guess getting some cheaper stocks now is good. But I don’t dig the fact that my parents and grandparent’s investments are drying up.

I dunno if I’d buy Microsoft these days, but that’s a different discussion.
