Just saw some action at the long-stalled 46th & 46th condo project near Minnehaha Falls. Looks like they’re removing the showroom.
I’m not sure this is a sign of progress since it must be difficult to show an unfinished development without a showroom.

I was kind of hoping they were going to destroy everything and replace the condo development with a tree trimming service.
Or a root-beer drive-in place. That would be awesome.
That is one of the coolest pictures I have seen of Minneapolis’ past. Is that the same building that was the tree trimming service?
Yep it was the same building, or at least it looks very similar. How sweet would this be to have in the neighborhood now?
I have a small print of a painting that someone did of this place. I got it as a gift a few years ago.
I thought this project was completely dead. Are there still construction plans?
