Minneapolis Real Estate Rental Prices Heat Map

Zilpy.com is doing some cool heat maps of rental prices. Looks like the North Loop and the area near the Guthrie are the high rent districts followed by Kenwood, the lakes, and Uptown.
Sounds right to me.

more accurately called a thematic map, or more specifically, a choropleth map.

Is this showing rent per unit? It would be interesting to see average or median rent per bedroom or per square foot.
