I’m actually surprised it’s not more expensive. I wonder if it would be big enough for a bunch of us to go in on as some sort of blogger commune.

The guys that own that house like to stand in the middle of the Greenway (which is quite narrow there) and water their lawn by hand with the garden hose, wearing supa-short cutoff jeans and tight tank tops. Or set up their fancy elevated sprinkler-on-a-stand things on the bike path.
I did always wonder what it looked like inside.
