3 beds, 2 bath with 2 fireplaces within walking distance of a Juicy Lucy for $239,900? Sweet.
I like the social nature of this house. Fireplaces are cool and make me think of chilling out having warm conversations in the winter. Come summer, move things out to the big deck off the back of this baby.
I´m a big fan of social kitchens. Check out the counter space with chairs where people can kick back and admire the cook(s) while sipping some Summit.
Easy access to running Nokomis, and from there Hiawatha and Minnehaha Parkway is something that stands out to me. That, and being walking distance from the 5-8 Club´s Juicy Lucy burgers is a powerful draw for me.
My doubts about this place come in the form of bathroom mystery rooms. Two bathrooms and no photos? What´s up with that?
Secondly, this house is close enough to the MSP runways that you could see the tread on the tires of landing planes. This may not be a problem for everyone, but it´s definitely something any prospective home buyer should be aware of. With the current airport contruction in play, there may be less planes than usual flying overhead but that won´t last. I imagine the house has receive a sound abatement treatment.
