I've had a few credit card number stolen over the years.
Taxi drivers using paper transaction forms are the leading suspects.
This hasn't cost me any money out of pocket, but it's still a pain.

I only ever cared for Phishfood and really hated Cherry Garcia. That’s all pretty strange as I didn’t care for the band Phish and loved the Grateful Dead.
