T.J. Larson points out that the number of license mortgage brokers dropped from 4000 to 1400 this license renewal season.
I wonder where they ended up after giving up on lending?
Credit Card Fraudsters
I've had a few credit card number stolen over the years.
Taxi drivers using paper transaction forms are the leading suspects.
This hasn't cost me any money out of pocket, but it's still a pain.

I don’t believe that you actually needed to be licensed technically.
Real Estate and Mortgage industry have such low barriers to entry. Its not suprising to see the exodus. Oh well better luck next time.

I bet the drop in mortgage license renewals is correlated with an rise in multi-level marketing scheme participants.
