I just bought a house in February, in this area, that is on contaminated soil. My back yard is 110 ppm and my front yard tested at 48. So far no clean up though. I have contacted the EPA to check on this. Nothing was disclosed to me during the buying process, including in the truth in housing report. I appreciate this posting.
