Actually, I heard that the show is on with the opening band moving up to headline in Joan’s place.
Here is a note from the State Fair website–
“The good news is that Fountains of Wayne and The Suicide Commandos will perform as scheduled and the show will be FREE with fair admission.”
But, it is still an ooopsie for City Pages though since it is a free show, meaning you probably don’t need to win a ticket to see it.
