[ # ] Fresh Grilled Dinner
July 24th, 2007 under Food

Last night, I stopped at Coastal Seafoods on the way home from work to pick up some Copper River Salmon:

Coastal Seafoods Salmon

Then I picked up our weekly allotment of veggies from Fresh Earth Farms at their Seward Co-op Drop-off point:

Fresh Veggies

Then I fired up the grill while Carly prepped the Salmon and veggies.

And here is how things turned out:

Fresh Griled Veggies

Delicious and nutritious.

The Freets raises a fair question. The bread came from Coastal Seafoods, but is provided to them by Rustica, if my day old memory serves me right.

Tasty stuff. I threw it on the top rack of the grill to warm it up a bit.

Time to come clean about where you’re spending your bread on bread, Deets.

Oh, and nice pun on the “day-old”… I’ll give you that one. I’m not that “crusty.”

Looks like it was the Rustica Bakery, and from what I’m reading, it was the best baguette in the Twin Cities according to the bread aficionados at CityPages.

Great bread for not a lot of dough.
