Credit Card Fraudsters
I've had a few credit card number stolen over the years.
Taxi drivers using paper transaction forms are the leading suspects.
This hasn't cost me any money out of pocket, but it's still a pain.

In Wisconsin, I-94, just outside of Eau Claire. It helps to have driven the route thousands of times over the last 20 years.

It looks like Jason was the first with a pretty close answer. Aaron tightened it up a bit by guessing the correct exit. Justin had the state right. And Jill was correct that it’s just outside of Eau Claire.
Specifically, it’s the Shooters strip club in Elk Mound, WI. The photo was taken while exiting I-94 for Hwy 29 eastbound, as Aaron correctly pointed out over on Flickr.

It’s just off I-94, the exit for Hwy. 29, somewhat close to Eau Claire.
