46th Ave S lost an Elm on July 12th to a chainsaw:
Very sad photos. I grew up in Minneapolis and remember when all of the streets looked like beautiful shaded tunnels because of the huge elm canopy.
Any word about the ash blight headed this way?
We still have a few canopy-light streets in Longfellow, but they’re getting broken up by incidents like this.
No word on the ask blight scene. I’ll keep an eye out for info on that.

I've had a few credit card number stolen over the years. Taxi drivers using paper transaction forms are the leading suspects. This hasn't cost me any money out of pocket, but it's still a pain.
