[ # ] Depression Emulation
February 21st, 2007 under -cat

We all get depressed from time to time to varying degrees. When this happens to you, which character from a TV show or movie do you feel you most closely emulate? I don’t know why I thought of this, but in my case the person would be Cameron Frye from Ferris Beuller’s Day Off.

If you ever see me acting like Cameron, please be my Ferris. Like Cameron, I may say something like this:

“He’ll keep calling me. He’ll keep calling me until I come over. He’ll make me feel guilty… This is- this is ridiculous, ok. I’ll go, I’ll go, I’ll go, I’ll go, I’ll go. What - I’LL GO. SHIT!” (audio version here.)

But you can get me to snap out of it if you’re persistent enough.

Yeah…that always made me laugh when you said that stuff.

Me, leave me depressed, it keeps my head level. ;)
