The symbol used is specific "logo" belonging to the company in New Jersey, and not a general symbol used to describe kosher foods (or porn, for that matter). It's like if someone made a porno about two characters named Mickey and Minnie and putting a logo on it that was a black circle with two "ear" circles over it. Sure, it is offensive and inappropriate to an entire segment of the population, but in the end in terms of the law it's just trademark infringement with Disney.
