		<description>Well, like you posting the other day about the abusers at Abu Grabby, this is institutionalized behaviour and not limited to individual youthful soldiers, but of course, the more these youngsters see others offend, the more they will copy it and the less likely they will question it.

Of course, their justification is the fear they have of becoming a target.

Of course, if they weren&#039;t there, they wouldn&#039;t be a target, would they.

They should be withdrawn starting now.</description>

		<description>You arm an 18 to 24 year old to the tooth, throw him in a foreign land, you never know how he&#039;ll behave.  Of course I don&#039;t know how old the drivers were here, and I&#039;m not trying to excuse him for their behavior.  But shit like this can be blamed on every person involved in Iraq, from the President on the way down to the Privates.</description>
