46th & 46th Condo Development Update
I received this notice today:
What: Meeting on the status of the 46th St & 46th Ave development
When: Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 6:30pm
Where: Hiawatha School Park
It’s great that there is an update scheduled but why have a meeting to discuss what could probably be summarized in the meeting request itself? Send out an update so I know what’s going on. If I have a problem with it, THEN I’ll show up to the meeting to discuss the topic.
Another good place for updates would be on the 46th & 46th page of the developer’s web site.

That development is near and dear to my heart in terms of pissing me off to no end. How in the wide world of sports did that thing get through city council?
By the way, my February challenge is to get going to these LCC type meetings.

Mike, thanks in advance for checking out that 46th & 46th scene.

You know, I was just thinking, what this city needs is more unsellable condos…it is good to know I’m not alone in that thinking!

I like these unsellable condos only if they also are unreasonably priced. Anything less than $240k would be uncivilized.
By the way, did anyone else see the condos for sale on St. Paul avenue, just past the Cleveland/St. Paul avenue split? You got a free SUV lease for 2 years if you bought one of their units. Doesn’t sound like a saturated market to me.
